37 Weeks

So, last doc appt was on Friday... ALMOST 1 cm dilated, and his head is super low. 

We had our one day birthing class on Saturday, cleared some things up for us, made me realize how close we are.

36 Weeks

9 months!!!!!!! Less than 30 days to go!!

Doctor said 37 weeks is "term", so it can happen for us any time between now and 41 weeks!!!! CraZy! Baby is getting a lot stronger and kicking me under the ribs and rolling his legs and feet on my sides. Such a weird feeling. He's getting heavier and making it hard to walk for long periods of times -- I've been going for walks every few days. I have to hold my belly up towards the end of my walks! 

34 Weeks and Arl Hts Baby Shower

34 weeks today!!! 6 more weeks to go! I've been feeling pretty good. My back hasn't been hurting as much anymore. The only thing I'm struggling with is hip/leg pain when I am trying to sleep. Not fun! Next appointment is on Wed. Mar 11.

On Sunday, my mom, sisters-in-law and best friend held a baby shower for me in Arlington Heights at my parent's house. My dad set up Skype on their big screen TV and so Matt and I were there via Skype the entire time! it was pretty interesting, but lots of fun! Again, baby Thompson was blessed with a bunch of useful gifts. It was really good to "see" everyone. Can't wait to see everyone in person with our new little addition!
